The current building inspector is Thomas E. Marks who provides building inspection services as an independent contractor through Wisconsin Building Inspection, LLP. Mr. Marks is licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce to enforce the Uniform Dwelling Code (chapters Comm 20 to 25) for buildings, electrical, plumbing and HVAC and the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code. He began working as a building inspector in 1993 and has worked for the Town of Ottawa since 1995. |
